Our juniors martial arts program is designed for children ages 5-12 years old. They will learn basic fundamentals in the arts of Judo, Kickboxing, Submission Grappling, Wrestling and Boxing, which can be used for self-defense or competition.
FITNESS & CONDITIONING
Circuit training, calisthenics, along with cardio sprints and short distant runs. Our group fitness classes are focused on technique, forming skills and developing persistence. We pride ourselves in being a source of motivation.
Wether you want to learn martial arts, compete in tournaments, or learn self-defense, this is the class for you. Judo, Kickboxing and Jiu Jitsu are just a few martial arts incorporated into the training system engineered by Eddie "Riskie" Lloyd III
