FITNESS & CONDITIONING
Mon, Wed, Fri - 10am & 8pm
Circuit training, calisthenics, weight training, along with cardio sprints and short distant runs. Our group fitness classes are focused on technique, forming skills and developing persistence. We pride ourselves in being a source of motivation, growth and development.
Mon, Wed, Fri - 5pm
Our juniors martial arts program is designed for children ages 5-13 years old. They will learn basic fundamentals in the arts of Judo, Kickboxing, Submission Grappling, Wrestling and Boxing, which will build confidence, discipline self awareness and can be used for self-defense or competition.
JUDO / JIU JITSU
Mon, Wed, Fri - 9am & 6pm
Tried and tested technique from Japanese judo and jiu jitsu learning the art of grappling through throws and submission building attributes like mental toughness and self awareness while also hardening the body. Great teachings for combat athletes and those wanting real self defense training.
Mon, Wed, Fri - 7pm
The resounding and repetitive thud of padded gloves hitting freestanding boxing bags echoes from a martial arts gym where mental toughness is built and hard bodies follow. Training true technique emphasizing combat and self defense for real world situations.
Tue & Thu - 6pm
Fri - 10am & 8pm
The boxing program is specific in accordance with traditional boxing for sport and self defense. Training foot work, head movement and the sweet science of "hit and don't get it" for real world concepts and situations as well as endurance and cardio to assist in your growth in the art.
Tue & Thu - 7pm
Focus training on the art of wrestling and jiu jitsu with no gi (no judo uniform) for ground level of combat or self defense working on control, joint and limb manipulations and endurance for mental growth and development.
Tue & Thu - 8pm
A system geared towards Mental Toughness as well as Self Awareness combined for the highest element of Women Empowerment and Self Protection. Learning the fundamentals of balance, control, grappling and striking offense and defense' Understanding and Philosophy from real world situations in a controlled and safe enviromement
Following the principle of balance, we offer a variety of yoga classes, from toning Vinyasa Flows to relaxing, deep-stretch Yin Yoga classes.
